Studied Business at the University of Munich.

1970 to1985 various positions in finance at Unilever Germany.

1985 to 1993 Vice President Finance of Sterling Winthrop Inc., New York responsible amongst others for Asia, Latin America and various departments.

1993 to 1999 Board Executive HR and Finance and Managing Director of Joop GmbH within the Wuensche AG Group

Since 1 November 2002 Member of the Board of Steria Mummert Consulting AG
